Returns & Exchanges Policy

As this ring is made to your specifications (carat weight + size), it is exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), and Spanish consumer law (RDL 1/2007, Art. 103c).

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Exception — Defective items: If your ring arrives damaged or materially different from its description, you are covered by the mandatory 2-year statutory warranty (EU law). Contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos and we will repair, replace, or refund as required by law.
