• Engraved rings may take up to 5 extra days.
• You'll receive an email when your ring goes into production and a tracking number once it ships.

Returns

• Engraved rings: as personalised items, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Rings without engraving: you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase. Return shipping costs are paid by you. We'll refund you within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until we receive the ring or proof of its return shipment. If the ring shows signs of wear, the security seal is broken or the IGI certificate is missing, we may deduct the corresponding loss in value. See the full procedure in our returns policy.

Care

White gold is rhodium-plated. The plating wears naturally over time and can be renewed to restore its original shine.
