This website provides information about our jewellery and services and lets you buy online. Purchases are governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale, our Returns and Withdrawal Policy and our Shipping Policy.

Using this website means you accept this legal notice. You agree to use the website and its content lawfully, in good faith and in line with public order. You may not use it for unlawful purposes or in a way that could harm the website, its systems or third parties.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on this website (texts, photographs, designs, logos, graphics, videos and software) belongs to Dynasty Jade Jewelry, S.L. or to third parties who have authorised its use. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without prior written permission is prohibited, except where the law allows it.

5. Liability for the website

We work to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, and the website running without interruption. We are not liable for damage caused by interruptions, viruses or technical failures beyond our control, or for the content of linked third-party websites. This does not affect our liability for orders placed, which is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

7. Marketing communications

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

You can submit any complaint to orders@wendy-jewellery.com or in our shop, where official complaint forms are available. We will reply as soon as possible and, in any case, within 15 calendar days of submission of your complaint.

Dynasty Jade Jewelry, S.L. is not a member of the Spanish Consumer Arbitration System or of any other alternative dispute resolution body. If your complaint is not resolved, we will tell you in writing which accredited body is competent and whether we will take part in the procedure.

9. Governing law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Purchase contracts are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale, which preserve consumers' right to go to the courts of their place of residence.
