5.1. All prices displayed on our website include Spanish VAT (21%) unless otherwise stated.

5.2. Prices may be modified at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5.3. Product images are representative and may differ slightly from the actual product due to screen resolution variations.

5.4. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without prior notice.

6. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

6.1. Purchase Process: The customer must follow the steps indicated on the website to complete their order.

6.2. Order Confirmation: Once the order is placed, the customer will receive an email confirming receipt of their order.

6.3. Payment Methods: Shop Pay, Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna.

Payment methods may vary by country and will always be shown at checkout before payment.

6.4. Security: All payment transactions are processed through secure platforms with SSL encryption.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

7.1. Shipping Costs:  

  • Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: €6.50 (free over €120)
  • Canary Islands & International: €19.99 (free over €250)

7.2. Delivery Time:

  • 2-5 business days for mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Ceuta & Melilla
  • 4-10 business days for Canary Islands & International

7.3. Shipments are made through Correos or Seur for mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Ceuta & Melilla. For Canary Islands and international orders the shipments are made through UPS. However, other shipping carriers will be used depending on availability and destination.

7.4. The customer must verify the condition of the package upon delivery.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on Consumer Protection:

8.1. The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase without justification.

8.2. To exercise this right, the customer must notify us at info@wendy-jewellery.com clearly expressing their intention to withdraw.

8.3. The customer must return the product in its original condition, unused, with all original labels and packaging, within 14 days of notification.

8.4. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

8.5. Once the product is received and verified, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days using the same payment method.

8.6. Exceptions: Custom-made or personalized jewelry items cannot be returned unless defective.

9. WARRANTY

9.1. All products are covered by a legal warranty of 3 years from delivery, in accordance with Spanish consumer legislation.

9.2. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults.

9.3. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

9.4. To claim warranty, contact us at info@wendy-jewellery.com with proof of purchase and description of the defect.

10. LIABILITY LIMITATION

10.1. Dynasty Jade S.L. is not responsible for:

  • Service interruptions, errors, or omissions in website content
  • Viruses, malware, or harmful components that may affect user equipment
  • Damages caused by improper use of the website
  • Links to third-party websites

10.2. We strive to ensure information accuracy but do not guarantee the website is error-free or uninterrupted.
