You've scrolled through hundreds of pieces, walked into shops, saved photos to folders that keep getting bigger and still nothing quite fits. Too generic, not the right stone, not quite the right feel.
At Wendy Jewellery in Zaragoza, that's exactly the problem we solve.
We make jewellery for people who want a piece that actually means something. A ring built entirely around your vision, a pendant that brings a photo you saved to life, a bracelet with a stone in a colour nobody else is wearing, a necklace made to mark something that deserves to be marked. Whatever the piece, we work with you from the very first idea through to the finished thing and we take that process seriously at every step.
Made to Order
Made to order means we start from nothing and build something that didn't exist before you asked for it.
This applies to any piece: a ring, a necklace, a bracelet, a pendant. You don't need to arrive with a finished design in your head or know any jewellery terminology. Most people come to us with a colour they love, a style they're drawn to, a stone they've always wanted to wear. From there, we ask the right questions and help shape it into something real.
At Wendy Jewellery Zaragoza, the process works like this: we start with a consultation, in person or remotely, where we talk through what you have in mind such as your stone preferences, metal choices, the overall feel you're going for, and your budget. From that conversation, our jeweller produces a detailed CAD design, a 3D render that shows you exactly what the piece will look like before anything is physically made. You review it, we adjust anything that needs adjusting, and only once you're happy do we move into production.
Nothing goes into production without your approval. Depending on the complexity of the piece, made to order work typically takes between three and six weeks from approved design to delivery.
Semi-Custom
Semi-custom is the middle ground between choosing something ready-made and commissioning a piece from scratch and for a lot of people, it turns out to be exactly what they were looking for.
The idea is simple: we have existing designs and settings we've made before. You choose one that speaks to you, and then we make it yours a different stone, a different metal, a different finish... The foundation is already there; what changes is everything that makes it personal.
This tends to be quicker and more straightforward than a full made to order commission, and it's a great option if you've seen something in our portfolio you love but want it to feel a little more like you.

This is one of the most common ways people come to us, and one of our favourite ways to work.
You don't need to explain it in technical terms or know what the setting style is called. If you've found a piece anywhere (another jeweller's website, Pinterest, Instagram, a photo from a wedding, something your mother used to wear), just send it. We'll look at it together and talk through what draws you to it. Sometimes it's the whole piece. Sometimes it's just the way the stone sits, or the silhouette, or a particular detail. Once we understand what you're responding to, we figure out the best way to bring that to life with your choice of stone, metal, and any adjustments that make it feel like yours.
The result is never a copy. It's your version, made with care, made properly, and made to last. If you're based in Zaragoza we can sit down and go through it in person.
Natural & Lab Diamonds
All natural and lab grown diamonds we work with are certified by GIA or IGI — the two most widely recognised grading authorities in the industry.
Coloured Stones
For sapphire, ruby, emerald and other coloured stones, certification varies by stone and origin. We'll always be transparent about what documentation comes with your specific stone.
What a Certificate Means
An independent record of your stone's cut, colour, clarity and carat weight — verified by a laboratory with no stake in the sale. You see it before anything goes into the setting.
Stones: A Wide Variety
A diamond is a beautiful choice — but it's not the only one. At Wendy Jewellery Zaragoza we work with a wide range of gemstones, both natural and lab grown, and part of what we do is help you understand what's available before you decide.
Natural diamonds carry a rarity and provenance that genuinely matters to a lot of people. If the origin of the stone is part of what makes it meaningful to you, that's a completely valid reason to choose natural. Lab grown diamonds are chemically and optically identical to natural stones — not similar, identical — and typically cost 50 to 80 percent less, which means a significantly better stone for the same budget or simply a more accessible price overall.
Beyond diamonds, we regularly work with sapphire, in classic blue or in pink, yellow, white, and the extraordinary peachy-pink padparadscha. We work with ruby, which carries a depth and richness that few stones match. With emerald, which has a colour unlike anything else and a character that comes partly from its natural inclusions. With moissanite, which is lab created, exceptionally durable, and has a brilliance and fire that genuinely surprises people when they see it in person. And with aquamarine, which is clean, elegant, and quietly striking in a way that doesn't try too hard.
