Shipping Origin

Wendy Jewellery ships domestically and internationally from Zaragoza, Spain.

Domestic shipments within Spain are handled through Correos or SEUR. International shipments are handled by UPS. However, depending on destination, availability, or logistical requirements, other shipping carriers may also be used.

  • Balearic Islands

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

  • European Union

  • International destinations outside the EU

Order Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak periods (sales, special promotions, holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and carrier:

  • Spain (Mainland): 2–5 business days

  • Balearic Islands: 2–5 business days

  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 2–5 business days

  • European Union: 4-10 business days

  • International (outside the EU): 4-10 business days

Wendy Jewellery cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as they depend on the shipping carrier and external factors.

Shipping Costs

  • Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: €6.50 (free over €120)
  • Canary Islands & International: €19.99 (free over €250)

From time to time, free shipping may be offered for qualifying orders or promotional campaigns, which will be clearly indicated on the website.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and, when available, a tracking number.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Wendy Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If a shipment is delayed, returned, or requires re-delivery due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, any additional costs incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with any issue, please contact Wendy Jewellery as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs and details so we can assist you promptly.

Liability

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Wendy Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier disruptions, strikes, weather conditions, or customs delays.
